Colleen
Gauthier
Senior Director Global Customer Marketing
Coursera
Colleen Gauthier is a customer marketing and demand generation leader with over two decades of experience in enterprise software and education technology. She currently leads global customer marketing at Coursera, where she built the function from the ground up, establishing an engagement engine of executive plays, engagement, and advocacy programs designed to deepen relationships with customers at every stage of their journey. In addition to this role, she is currently acting as interim VP of Coursera's enterprise marketing team. Throughout her career, Colleen has repeatedly built and scaled customer marketing functions end-to-end, spanning executive engagement, customer advocacy, ABM, and lifecycle marketing, including at Ceridian, where she built the customer and partner marketing functions, launching the company's first customer-centric demand generation programs and revitalizing its advocacy engine to drive greater volume and quality of customer references and case studies. Beyond customer marketing specifically, she brings an extensive background across the marketing discipline more broadly, including demand generation, partner marketing, and field marketing, with earlier roles at organizations like D2L and Pearson Education. Colleen is passionate about helping organizations move beyond transactional customer touchpoints to build the strategic, full-funnel engagement engines that turn customers into a company's most powerful growth lever.
