She currently serves as Customer Marketing Manager at Babbel for Business, where she drives programs that strengthen customer engagement, advocacy, and long-term success.
Eve brings extensive experience in customer communications, advocacy, and campaign strategy, having previously led customer marketing initiatives at Flexera, where she built case study and advocacy programs, peer review initiatives, and best practices webinar series that amplified customer voices and drove measurable business impact.
Her career journey also spans roles in IT validation analysis, competitive intelligence, and product marketing at organizations including Dell Technologies and Enterprise Strategy Group (part of Omdia). Beyond tech and SaaS, Eve has honed her people-first approach through her work at Shannon’s Circle, where she conducted hundreds of interviews as an assistant matchmaker—an experience that deepened her empathy, adaptability, and ability to foster meaningful human connections.
