Jonas
Barck
Director of Customer Marketing
Mentimeter
Jonas Barck is the Director of Customer Marketing at Mentimeter, where he leads a team building customer and field marketing programs — from regional customer experiences to executive engagement — across EMEA and global segments. He was part of launching the customer-facing initiatives behind the company's Executive Exchange ecosystem, including the Curiosity Club dinner series, The Shift retreat, advisory boards (now its own department) — all designed to bring senior leaders together for candid conversation rather than standard sales pitches. Prior to Mentimeter, Jonas spent 14 years at Universum, rising to CMO while building award-winning demand generation and employer branding programs. His industry commentary has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Bloomberg, and the BBC. As a contributor to the Forbes Communications Council and the Senior Executive CMO Think Tank, Jonas writes and speaks on a core conviction: as AI automates more workplace operations, the ability to listen deeply and build authentic human connections becomes the key differentiator that scale cannot replicate. He regularly presents on remaining human-first in an AI era and how leaders and teams can foster genuine connection at work.

The long game: Building executive trust through Curiosity Clubs
In an AI-driven world, meaningful human connection is becoming increasingly scarce. Mentimeter’s Curiosity Clubs take a deliberate, long-term approach to executive engagement: highly curated gatherings designed around honest conversation, shared learning, and one purposeful question, rather than an immediate sales pitch. Jonas Barck will share how Mentimeter designs these experiences, from attendee curation and facilitation to values-led details that make each gathering memorable. The session will explore how this human-first approach can open doors within enterprise accounts, build trust over time, and create the conditions for expansion.
